In this post you will find some creative ways to use hard back Dollar Tree books to create beautiful Christmas DIY’s. These would be perfect to decorate with or to give as gifts to teachers, school board members, or anyone that loves books.
Perhaps you have some old books lying around that you are thinking of throwing away. Before you discard them, have you thought of repurposing them to give them some new life?
If you don’t have any old books to repurpose, they can easily be found at your local thrift store or even at Dollar Tree for $1.25.
This first project turned out absolutely stunning. Nothing says Christmas more than a nativity scene. Jesus is the true meaning of Christmas.
Nativity Scene

The music sheet really compliments the silhouette and would look great sitting on any bookshelf.

Snowman Book
Maybe you have a book that you love to read at Christmas time, but the cover is worn or you want something with a little more color to display. Then you will love this next project.

By simply painting the book cover and decoupaging a napkin onto it, you can give your worn out book a brand new look.

Christmas Book Bouquet
I recently created this Christmas book bouquet on my YouTube channel. It was the second most liked out of the Dollar Tree books Christmas DIY’s.

The wonderful thing about this project is, that you can change the florals out for every season and leave this book bouquet out all year long.

Paper Christmas Tree
Save the pages from the book bouquet because you can use them to create this Christmas DIY.

This Christmas tree made using pages from a book was inspired by Nicole at The Artyologist. I will leave the link to her website HERE. She gives you step by step instructions on how to recreate this project.

Melting Snowman Book
Create a fun melting snowman inside of a book.

What a cute addition to add to your Christmas decorations.
